Sold me mismatched transformer and control unit parts as a new part for $2500. The void warranty labels had already been cut on the control unit. After discovering the control unit was mismatched and broken I sent it back and had to wait for management approval to work with the manufacturer to send me an actual new part. They told me they were going to send me the plug and play unit instead, so while I waited for it to arrive I installed the outlet and got the weather proof box and gfci outlet all installed… just to find out they sent me the exact part I had (low voltage) so I just had to rip out the new parts. In the end many weeks later I received exactly what I paid for originally. Could have done without the headache, stress, troubleshooting, and uncertainty of getting a new part. 0/10 purchase experience.

They do not respond and refuse to exchange it even though it came in an open box with missing parts and bent/damaged piece

Whistles and they refuse to return or exchange. Came missing parts and damages and box was destroyed.
