Very displeased with my $200. + purchase. 2 small bags at this price, plus I expected the glass to be mirror reflective on at least one side. It is not. It looks like cheap plastic pieces. The picture you advertise makes it look reflective. Will not purchase again.

BUYER BEWARE - $3k+ GFRC fire pit delivered with no internal cushioning or padding to provide necessary protection - 3 deeply chipped spots - and the best they've offered is a patch kit for us to try to repair it ourselves. If you do buy, be certain to open it at the point of delivery and fully inspect it - refuse to accept the delivery if it's not delivered undamaged. We did not have the ability to personally do so as it was delivered to and held by our builder - we missed the 5 day inspection window. Ultimately, it's our fault that we missed the fine print - at this point, we will dispose of it and buy a new fire pit from a vendor that stands behind its products.

I received a bent fire pit cover. I reached out to customer service. They responded once, then went radio silent. $1000 for a bent fire pit cover.

I ended building my own plate and mounting hardware. . . . . the igniter is completely useless and it is still a match lit. NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED. . .
