Fine-day

Have not received my order which has been over a month and no one has replied to my emails in regards to this

Product appears to have a design fault. Slipper length doesn’t seem to correlate with the small hole they’ve allowed for foot to enter slipper.

Please provide me with a product that isn't broken or at least respond to my emails
