Easy purchasing experience, great website, great product photos & styling. Easy returns, though there are no online exchanges. I purchased during Spend & Save, and when I received my pants and realised I needed a different size, the sale was over. I had to purchase again in the smaller size, and contact customer service who kindly honoured the sale price and refunded me the difference. Great customer service, though it would be a lot easier if they just did exchanges.
