Mostly Solid
I had a good time and did gain some insight, but I felt that the communication of what was going on was lacking. I had signed up for a lunch and for whatever reason "I wasn't on the list" and told I could not participate. The App has potential, but once again lacking in instruction that made it not useless, but not as helpful as I would have liked. Some vendors scanned you, some vendors want a business card. And Friday....the topics on Friday were lacking. Even Thursday afternoon, the F2B presentation on why wasting paper was bad....should have been a presentation on wasting time. There were some very good presenters and I know its hard to fill every slot with the A-team, but that one killed me. This is where trying to find alternate meetings was difficult for me. Coming back?....I don't know. Nice venue though. Continue to push the AR topics. I think that field has a lot of developing to do and this type of conference can really guide its direction. Vendors in general were good. Once again, the AR solutions are "neat", they just couldn't really explain what my problem was that needed to be solved (more true on the wearable side).
