The quality of the presentations, the members around the table and the partners within the exhibition hall do align the ideas about best practices within the field of customer support in the widest sense. It is with pleasure to see the evolution within the after sales markets and trends within.

This was a great conference. Attendees were spot on for our targeted base. Food was incredible. Location was great as well. Did not get to attend sessions so can't comment on sessions. My only issue was with Alliance -- the furniture we rented was awful and dirty. The workers were great but the actual furniture was so bad. Carpet had dirty stains right at the front of the booth. If not for this, it would have been a 5-star review.

Enjoyed most of the sessions. When working with vendors it was difficult to get them to refocus their perspective to the 'internal FS role'.

Field Service Conference

Overall the conference was very good and fully met my expectations; however, most of the discussions seemed to revolve around the same three topics: AR, IOT, service management software. These discussions were all very good; but, I was expecting more variety in the workshops.
