Awesome opportunity to catch up with peers in the service industry to discuss similar challenges / opportunities.

What a great event! I had a thorougly great time. Improvement points: Publicise the event app atleast 1 week is not 2 weeks in advance. the days are BUSY... maybe there should be an "Expo Hall Slot" when people have more time to come round the booths. People tend to only hang around the bars and lunches in their down time. Publicise list of attendees sooner. We had to bust a nut thurs and frid to contact people we could have done with some more space on our stand. it was quite crammed. maybe 1 or 2 metres extra??

Interesting and relevant topics, good speakers and workshops blended with senior service executives as attendees and participants from market leaders in their industry segments is a good mix. Next year again!
