I don't think it could get any better. I've been to a lot of conferences and this one was one of the best.

Great opportunity to hear how other companies are dealing with new technology and other service issues

I really enjoyed the conference. There was a lot of good information sharing. The locate was great. The food was good. I did hear complaints about there not being enough desserts with meals, but the meals great. I feel that a none meeting activity would have been great. Overall, I was very pleased with the meetings.
