It was a pleasure to speak at the Field Service again this year. Besides the impeccable (as usual) WBR logistics, top speakers, splendid networking, the highlight this year was the Phone App, which is the best (UI-wise and functionality-wise) compared to those I've seen at different conferences. Way to go, WBR!
