The conference this year was Great. Lots of networking and content. One thing to change or improved is meet and greet between companies and supplies on Tuesday morning was confusing and didn't get a lot of traction.

This was my first time attending a Field Service seminar and was well worth my time. The industry diversity provided different insights into solutions. It was a great forum for Service leaders to discuss industry trends, challenges, and strategies in the med-tech industry.
