I was really hoping this would work, but unfortunately, it did nothing to stop my cat from attacking my new kitten.

Love the product but not the supplier. Did not answer phone calls nor emails. Did not receive the order in the time quoted and no response from them when I called and emailed.

I have been trying to cancel my monthly subscription (which I never intended to sign up for). I have called and emailed customer service multiple times with no response. I purchased the atomizer to sooth our elder cat after we moved. She passed away a month after we moved. Every delivery is a painful reminder and yet Fellway will not respond to my requests to cancel. Literally one of the worst customer experiences ever.
