Difficult to impossible manage subscription

We had two cats who were not getting along and the feliway helped somewhat, but when one of them developed untreatable cancer and had to be euthanized I went to your website to end the automatic shipments the response was that the site had no records of the order. Elaine McCool

it's been almost a month,

it's been almost a month, kitty went #1 in kitty box as he should. until yesterday and this morning. he decided to pee on the computer chair. I'm at wits end. i will try another kitty litter today and see if that makes a difference. I was really hoping FELIWAY product would help. Keokie is 10 yrs. old fixed.
