I have 3 cats 3, 13, 16 in ages. The oldest is a fixed female. The youngest is a neutered male, as is the 13 y/o. None of them particularly care for each other, but the boys really dislike the female, especially our youngest he tortures her. It is to the point that she won't use any of our 6 litter boxes for fear of being trapped and attacked. I put the defuser where the female cat prefers to be, but since then she hates that spot, and if anything is MORE abused because she is more likely to be seen by the boys. Maybe the chemicals effect some cats differently, but this product seems to have zero positive effect on any of my 3 cats,not calming, dose not deter fighting, or going on the floor. So for US this product is just an expensive addition to other useless purchases. Side note, the spray also does nothing for them.

It didn’t work for my cat and was giving off a burning smell so I had to stop using it. Not sure if something was leaking and causing the burning smell or something else

I never got the plug in thing I ordered now I got refills for nothing

This is worthless!!! Don’t buy it. Shipping took weeks. It smelled like burning electrical wire and heated up quickly. I threw it away before my house could burn down from it.
