Cats are fighting more than ever

it's been almost a month, kitty went #1 in kitty box as he should. until yesterday and this morning. he decided to pee on the computer chair. I'm at wits end. i will try another kitty litter today and see if that makes a difference. I was really hoping FELIWAY product would help. Keokie is 10 yrs. old fixed.
