Returning process is a nightmare

I’m €100 down and still don’t have any shoes. The sizing advice online was wrong, and yet I still had to pay €15 postage to return the shoes. Then the second order was incorrect (you sent the wrong size this time) and I had to return that too. Still no refund for either pair.

Ordered EU size 39 UK 6 as advertised. Arrived marked EU39 UK size 5.5!! Too small so had to return at my own cost as they won’t refund. Not happy!

A change in the classic sizing was obviously made: double check your new size before ordering. Apart from that, the quality seems unchanged (but I can’t benefit from it)
