Never got my socks!

Not happy socks still at post office as Aust post yo lazy to out in the very big letter box we have waste of express postage. No way yo get there during work hours very disappointed

I purchased $200 worth of socks, most for my husband, and only 4 pairs fit him. The L size is correct for length, but is not suitable for wide feet. Nowhere on the website does it state this. I now have 6 pairs of socks that are useless as they are too big for me and I have no one to pass them on. So disappointed in the company that I’ve supported for many years. When I emailed them, they said they would send some replacements for him to try but as yet, 3 weeks later, nothing has arrived! They did replace 3 pairs that had the holes in them, so at least there’s that, but it’s still not acceptable to not have all the info on their site. The socks are not exactly cheap so I would expect the information to be there so one can make a proper choice when purchasing! I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and finding another Australian maker I can support.

Despite ordering 8/1 - now 25/1 - yet to receive order - no correspondence from company - poor service
