Shipping slow, and these socks stink when you exercise.

Everything was good except the resolution of the sock with defects I had received. There was an initial e-mail where I was told I would be sent some replacements. I replied, but I received no communication from then about when they would be on their way, that was 20days ago.

Quality is good enough

So many socks were out of stock, with no indication of when they might be available. It was really frustrating. I spent a lot of time over several weeks trying to find the type of sock I wanted and eventually had to give up and tried another Feetures option. I wish I had waited for my preferred sock. If you can’t get socks directly from the supplier, where are you meant to get them?
