Your website had an inaccurate
Your website had an inaccurate description for the product that I ordered and received. I emailed customer service regarding this and got a reply the next morning saying I could exchange the socks and offering to pay for return shipping.
I replied seeking clarification about a sock for the exchange and asking how to proceed with return shipping. This email was not acknowledged nor was another email the following day.
Whoever replied to my initial email said they had updated the website regarding what I had pointed out but it looks exactly the same. Not impressed with your customer service and inaccurate website and I still have three pairs of socks that I don't want as you ignored my last two messages! WTF
