I love Clarks shoes, my experience with them was great easy to order, I went to the shop tried them on unfortunately they didn’t fit as they didn’t fit my foot shape, I have very wide foot with an extremely high arch and they just weren’t suitable, but I was able to take them back there and then and got an easy refund
