I had a bit of issue but that was totally my fault. Other than that I wished the customer support could’ve expressed more assurance that everything will be okay. But overall I am satisfied and I specifically love your designs and the art directions that you choose for the special edition books in general.

Really great customer service. Getting help with my damaged book was really straightforward.

Everything was great!

The shipping was incredibly fast! The Illumicrate packaging on the outside more for an extra fun opening experience. Inside was cushioned so that the book came in perfect condition. The inside illustrations and extras were beautiful, and made for a wonderful birthday gift.
