Experience with customer service was great had no problems with Trini very helpful on an out of stock item it took almost a month to get the product anyone I talked to was truly helpful !

My 20 dollar coupon code would not work for my order, so I lost my 20 dollars because it has expired. Also I had to return my order because of defects a week and half ago and I have not been updated on my reimbursement.

Not the same as before. . Better when FarWest was more about linework. Better off going to another online store!
