Service was good. No issues with this order. Website is easy to use. Shipping was not particularly fast, but acceptable. The hoodie is a bit on the big side, but comfy. Does not shrink in the wash/dry. The sleeves are long, and the cuffs are loose.

The merchandise is great, but they did not produce my items for at least a week and then the shipping was long. My shirts didn't even make it into the postal system until more than a week after I ordered. They ended up being late for Hanukkah and barely in time for Christmas for the other side of the family.
