I love these boots! They are very comfortable and have a nice arch support. The color is unique and is complimentary with much of my clothing. I initially ordered a size smaller and it did not fit. I called Aetrex and received excellent customer support from Vincent M. who arranged for return of the smaller boots and sent me a size larger. Very hassle free!
