Great product and fast delivery

I ordered my covers on a weekend and received them about three days later. I couldn’t be more happier about their product.

My only snag was when I first looked on your website for the two ends I needed for the Standard EZ-Snap On Cover: I needed two closed ends, but was hoping that you might have ine with a slit in it already, so we wouldn't have to cut one ourselves. I presumed open end meant a piece that was entirely open, such as one connecting two covers. Customer Service was great at listening to my need and assuring me that the "open end cap" really was the end cap with a rectangular slit already cut into it to fit over a pipe. What wonderful news! Your products are truly helpful, and service is excellent. Shipping was fast, and your packaging super.
