I ordered these pants and
I ordered these pants and realised immediately after that the size was wrong, because of the buggy mobile webstore. I contacted customer service immediately to change the size. They informed me that it's not possible change I had to cancel my order, so I did. But after few days they told me it was too late and order was shipped. So now the so called "no-hassle return" is that I need to ship it back at my own cost. Starting price for return is 35€ and I will also loss my initial order shipping cost so overall I will loss 45€ if I return these pants because of bad customer service.
