Everlane sent me a used item!
I bought this sweater last fall and loved it, but there was a loose yarn in a very specific spot and it became looser and more unraveled with wear. So, about a month ago I returned it for a refund. It had been washed and worn. I added myself to the waitlist to purchase the sweater again, hoping for one without a loose thread. I was notified that it was restocked a couple weeks ago. There was only one available, which I thought odd—plus it initially said restock was expected for August and it was only June. When I received the new sweater, I realized Everlane has simply resold me the EXACT SAME defective sweater I had returned to them as defective. Everlane, I'm so disappointed.
