I paid 100 sollars over the canadian tire price. I feel cheated. How can a retailer offer better prices than the manufacturer. I deserve a price match refund.

Horrible customer service

This rating has nothing to do with the quality of the product, but only for the service I received. I purchased this unit online on a Friday evening. Then very soon I realized that this unit might be too large for the car, I then started to contact the team to cancel the order. With the service team not working over the weekend, I contacted them multiple times using the website and only got their emails next Wednesday that the order can be only cancelled within 90 mins. And if you want to return then they charge you shipping.

Not reliable customer service

I emailed them multiple times but no one is answering my concerns
