Did not receive order

Didn't receive the order. Service not answering the questions I was asking.

I give the lowest possible rating due to the customer service. After 20 days I still do not have my product, that I have paid for and nobody knows where the parcel is and nobody responses to my questions. So I hope this very bad review lead to some action at BUFF.
