Overall, my impression is mixed. While I appreciate the brand and generally like BUFF products, the return policy makes the purchase decision feel uncertain. If you receive a product that doesn’t meet expectations, you have to cover the return shipping costs, and that cost isn’t clearly known in advance. This creates uncertainty about whether returning an item is even worth it. Because of this experience, I’m not sure I’ll continue purchasing from this webshop in the same way. I would likely limit future orders to products I already know well or have previously seen and tried in a physical store. Additionally, the delivery time was slower than expected, taking around three weeks, which was longer than I would normally anticipate. Overall, this experience left me with mixed feelings despite my positive view of the brand itself.
