It was really easy to view products online and decide which was best for me as there was plenty of info. Shipping wasn't as fast as it could have been but the products were all beautiful and I have loved working with them. The watercolour travel cases are perfect for what I want!

I bought these to try… and to avoid paying shipping charges. They seem fine but I haven’t used them much. . yet.

The materials are fine but: 1. The order was delivered by stupid DPD. This means that it wasn't actually delivered but dropped at a pickup point half an hour away from my house instead (as always). I know I'm not the only one with this problem, so you can't say it's not your company's fault. 2. The outer box was huge compared to the size of its content. This would not be an issue if it were not for the previous point.
