Ordering was simple and communication after the order was constant, delivery was fast and the product was well packaged.

Great as long as it’s under EU limits. Custom charges should be clearer or Mous should have an Eu site without them. Paid over €50 first time. Ouch!

I bought an Extreme Commuter backpack from Mous. When it arrived, I saw that it was too large (25L), so I requested an exchange for the same model but in the 18L size. The exchange experience was very satisfactory: it was handled in a reasonable amount of time and I was kept informed throughout the whole process.
