The shipping procedure was incredibly fast from CSC’s part, I got an e-mail and a phone call from the delivery company the very next day I placed the order (before it even left UK, I think). I live in the EU and the delivery time was good, standard I would say. However, I took one star off for all the hassle involved with form filling (due to Brexit). I may have been aware that there were duties to be paid (what a shame! the UK brands I’ve been loyal to for 7+ years have integrated the fees, I think almost all of them!)… but the troublesome part was filling heaps and heaps of paper just for receiving my parcel. I even had to describe what’s inside (material, size etc.) and provide a copy of my ID, which I’m reluctant to do since someone stole and used my personal data and I just had it renewed. I know it’s standard procedure by now but it’s really putting me off ordering in the future. A couple of papers would have been fine, but it’s too much back and forth.

There is a lack of transparency regarding the return fee. Nowhere on your website is this mentioned, nor is the amount to be paid as return fee.
