Just about perfect
We have had the Margherita pizza twice since receiving our first shipment. The first time, the dough was a bit raw but the crust was crispy, the second time the dough was less raw but still a little raw in the middle and the crust was crispy and delicious. We bought the pizza screen and followed the cooking tips on the etalia website to the letter...500 degree oven, lowest rack, a little olive oil in the center of the bottom, etc. and those have been our results...the flavor of the toppings is delicious and if we could get the entire crust cooked through I’d give this pizza 5 stars. Maybe third time will be the charm? We’ll see...
