Being on the vendor side, these shows are as good as the people we send and we roughly have 70 leads to follow up with. I would say the welcome event at House of Blues was nice, but very LOUD, thus making it quite difficult to network or meet retailers without yelling in their ear.

Both WiFi and (Verizon) phone service were non-existent, which was irritating.

It was exciting to attend my first eTail to represent Grunt Style, LLC. as an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Lead. The keynote speakers, for me most notably Sarah Stalnecker with NB, were experienced, concise, informative & realistic - I'm glad I got to have a few drinks with some fellow digi-marketing nerds to talk data, e-tail and where we are collectively innovating! Hopefully more to come at eTail West in 2020!

Maybe too many portals = confusing : 1- one website to schedule private dinner 2- etail apps to schedule calendar 3- one website to schedule private meeting
