Exceeded my expectations. Thanks

I enjoy attending eTail and for the last couple of years I have been a speaker as well. It's a well run convention, a great way to keep up with the new and emerging technology vendors, and you get a lot of great insights from vendors and retailers as well. It's a very good venue and the staff is well trained and pleasant. I also enjoy all the extras and amenities including the evening activities.

You should condense breaks together. Having small breaks here and there aren't the best. Would rather have a longer break for lunch. Food needs improvement.

Whenever I attend eTail I always leave with some great insights. They have hundreds of speakers and it's the best feeling when you sit in on a session and it just clicks for you and your business. Having actionable takeaways is very important and I always have them when I leave eTail. A few suggestions for future eTail's: What worked: When the panelists have actual examples within their businesses that they share. Rebecca's example with the pajamas during the UX + Merchandising Summit. It's helpful to digest when you can hear real life examples. 2 - Thank you for letting us go outside and take breaks, it can be tough being cooped up inside when its 85 and sunny out. What could be improved: There is a huge need for more charging outlets. If they could be on the tables or chairs that would be great. 2 - The interviewers should run through the names of the people they introduce on stage prior to introducing over the mic. I noticed many people stumbled with diverse names and it wasn't a good look. Interviewees shouldn't have to repeat over and over what their name is or how to pronounce it.

Some of the panels were a little drawn out, but all in all it was a great show!
