Very interesting and great networking

All presentations were great, love to share and hear what the others are doing. Food, venue and organization in general was very good!.. I will definitely recommend it and come back next year!

Overall a very good event this year with some great speakers! Some suggestions: The Monday secession could be more engaging/workshop like; the social times were understaffed and it was very difficult to get service. After the keynotes, it would be great to have speaker break-out small group time to go deeper with questions off the stage. Many speakers ran out of time for Q&A.

Too many keynotes and breakouts

It was hard to keep up with all the different sessions, breakouts and tracks. I was bouncing between tracks to get the most out of it. But the breakouts were so quick and didn't dive deep enough. Keynotes were the same way. There was a lot of talk about general concepts and not enough deep diving. Toward the middle of day 3 things had fizzled out for me.

Great mix of vendors and speakers + AWESOME LOCATION

This is a great conference - I try to attend every year and send my team members as well. 4 out of 5 because sometimes there are key topics that are overlooked in their speaker lineup - for example, this year tackling ADA and CCPA compliance seems top of mind for everyone, but was not covered. Also, conference is one day too long and the last day tends to be weak.

Great week with opportunity

Overall, it was a great week at eTail. The facilities, amenities, and events were exceptional, far surpassing expectations. The speakers and vendors were good, but there was such a strong focus on digital marketing and content management tools and tactics. Omni Channel discussions were heavily focused on digitally native brands that decided to add a B&M retail channel. Very little attention given to a unified online to offline Omni Channel shopping experience, either by brands or retailers. Fewer options present for other aspects of commerce, such as payment processing, order management systems, checkout, fraud screening, QTO, CPQ, etc. Certainly not marketing flashy, but absolutely critical to Omni Channel solutions.
