I love how many sessions are packed into the day. Room changeovers and transitions are quick and the content from session to session is not repetitive. Broad coverage of a variety of topics impacting small to large retailers. Lots of info sharing and strategy. I also really like the industry experts both practicing and academic.

Loved the conference - a lot of information, all wonderful. My only feedback was how fast the sessions changed over, with no time in between to hop to a different track, or even run to the bathroom without missing the opening of the next session! Also leaving no time for Q&A. Some of the panels seemed underprepared, but for the most part, all the content was great and we walked away with some great tips and leads.
