It is very valuable to learn from other retailers on how they better connect with customers to increase sales. This industry to evolving so fast and eTail is a great way to help marketers stay on top of the most current marketing tactics and software/technology capabilities. I really enjoyed meeting so many retailers and software vendors and sharing ideas as well. The food, events and activities are top notch at the conference.
