This was my second time attending eTail West and it definitely delivered on really great content, speakers and diverse subject matter. I really liked the 'chairperson' model for each morning where an industry expert MC'd the keynote speakers and panels along with bringing their own personality, POV and expertise to the stage. All of the breakout topics were relevant and I had a hard time splitting my time to make sure I got to see everything I wanted. The show floor was manageable from a scale standpoint and I had plenty of opportunities to see all of the booths and have some in-depth conversations. Finally, the logistics of location and food were great. Meals were excellent with a lot of choice and high-quality ingredients and the location was convenient and full of all the amenities I needed (I stayed on site at the JW Marriott).

Well organized, good attendance, good food and snacks, no hiccups!
