Before I could even wear the sweatshirt I bought the zipper broke off and resulted in me having to buy a new zipper to repair it.

Waited 2 months for a delivery , got zero updates , why is being delayed until I had to intervene, got full refund...

The seam on my shirt came damaged and I asked for a replacement or a partial refund if a replacement wasn’t possible. I got a 10% coupon instead. Terrible customer service
