ESL Shop (US)

The product never arrived, I wrote to Support 4 times and they never gave me an answer, it was always that the product was delivered to a front desk, there was no photo of the delivery, there was no signature, there was no name of the person who received it, my product was simply lost, my money was lost and both ESL and the carrier I wrote to them more than 4 times and they said the same thing all 4 times, we checked the cameras at the time that the Delivery says and nobody entered the Front desk not only at that time but throughout the afternoon, a big scam

My order was supposed to be a gift waited almost a month even tho you claimed delivery is 5 days

Support takes over 10 days to get a response from warehouse

Waited over 3 months for my delivery and it never came, I had to call my bank to dispute the charges

Took 6 weeks and 3 emails to get a refund for an item that was out of stock but had charged me already
