Mediocre customer support, poor management
The girl from customer support did her best. Your sistem is the one that should be blamed. First of all, there seems to be no way to get an answer after I reply to that automated mail even though it says I must reply. So that means that for every reply I have to go to the website and write every single time.
I ordered a na vi t shirt and a pubg hoodie. Instead of the pubg hoodie I received a shirt and I said I can send it back. However my time was like 10 days because I had to leave the states for some time. Replies were coming late so I had no time to send it
and receive another one in 4 days.
I am fine with it even though I tried to pay the difference and get the pubg hoodie. Nobody ever replied and I quit. So yes I guess I have to put some long sleeves to my shirt and I ll pretend it’s a hoodie lol jk
Tldr change your sistem.
