Overall the experience was decent. Quality: Save for the issue below everything arrived in the appropriate condition. Shipping: Shipping was a little on the slow side. ESL did deliver within the time window promised it was just a longer window longer than I'm used to. (We'll blame amazon for for spoiling me) Disappointment: I was bummed to discover the spelling mistake on the IEM 10 T-Shirt which makes it unwearable. "tenth" not "tenths" It is unfortunate as that was one I was looking forward to wearing. Verdict: Would I shop at ESL again? Yes more than likely. I very much want to keep E-Sports alive and Merchandising is a part of doing that :) Please peer review your products through a native english speaker before sending them to print.

I love the splyce jersey I received. But it took so long to receive it. Roughly about 3 months which was really sad because I wanted to wear it at an event and I could not :(

Ordered two items in early December as Christmas gifts. I was warned at that time that shipping would be in late December so I knew my order would not be there in time for Christmas but did not realize i wouldn't get them until February. The sweatshirt is soft and comfortable with excellent, high quality detailing. The tee is also a good value. Both items fit as expected. I only wish that we didn't have to wait quite so long for items to be shipped and that ESL had been better at communicating about delay

the joindota shirt is too small compared to the other shirt sizes. rest are fine (eg, esl one and fnatic)

The site itself looks good, is easy to navigate, and purchasing was a snap, as well as quick shipping. Really, my only complaint would be that they lack the selection of the EU store.
