Escort Radar - CA

Paid $1,400 CAD for a radar the can’t properly announce the right Band. Says K band when it’s KA, constantly getting IPT (Instant Punch through) which says to me everything else is better than this radar which is not what Escort advertised. The good this is distance but at the same time with all the issues is it actually good? And I’m not reformatting the radar again for a 4th time

Still have not received item. Calls to UPS Customer service go unanswered I had paid for expedited service and am still waiting Tomas Schulz

I purchased this M2 item because I thought it was compatible with the new Redline 360C unit that I recently purchased. I am very disappointed that I am not able to get the WIFI/Bluetooth aspects of this unit working and I am unable to access the Gallery/Live View files on my app. These units are not compatible with Drive Smarter and Drive Smarter is not compatible with the Apple CarPlay that I have with my new Dodge Ram truck. If this does not all work together I want a total refund on my Passport units and I will go to Uniden or another company that will give me any customer satisfaction.
