I had an issue with my order and had to cancel it because I ordered 2 of the same items in separate orders. The team did a great job responding to my email and refunding my second order before it was even shipped out!

I’m giving only 3 stars because the return policy is not existent. The overall products are beautiful and I can see the quality. I was disappointed on the sling, I was expecting a thicker material. I think will be very appreciate if you can provide a return policy, even with only store credit, so the customer can decide if wants to keep the item or not. The pouch is beautiful and I will consider to buy again a similar product.

Shipping to the UK was insanely expensive, so luckily my grandparents live in the States, and they brought the bags over for me.
