Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I placed my order over 2 months ago, but only part of the order was delivered. The remaining items were never received. Customer service has been extremely poor. The phone number does not work — calls are automatically declined. Email communication takes weeks, if they respond at all. I was in contact with Ivonne, who promised multiple times that the missing items would be sent. Nothing was shipped. During the next contact, they again promised to finally send the items and email me a tracking number. I never received the items or any tracking information. After waiting for so long, I requested a refund. They promised the refund would be processed within 10 business days, but it has now been over 15 business days and no refund has been issued. I followed up again by email and have not received any response for more than a week. Based on my experience, this website appears highly unreliable. They take customers’ money, fail to deliver products, and do not properly process refunds. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before ordering from this company.

Limited sustainability + Poor customer service

As previous reviews I have made have shown, I've been very disappointed in how the company has handled releasing a new version of their travel stroller and thereby discontinuing all spare parts for the previous version. The strollers are expensive and we bought it as an investment and one that could be used by more than one child. Now that the front wheels don't function for our Metro+ stroller, we essentially have to get rid of it. All customer service has been able to do is tell us to clean it, which we have already done many times and present us with 20% off a new stroller. We have no desire to purchase a new stroller when all we need is to replace one front wheel. Ridiculous and shows that the company's true focus is on up-selling products.

I didn't receive the item!

I didn't receive the item! And it's the second order I've placed; the first one also failed. I can't use my Ergobaby Omni 360 for over a month. Unacceptable!
