Stroller frame broke after 2. 5yrs of use and ergobaby sent a new frame for free within a few days of me contacting them even though the stroller was out of warranty! Very happy with the customer service.

My favorite baby thing ever! I am using it every day! Starting from newborn stage. The roads in my city are a bit bumpy, so we don't use stroller at all. It is light way, easy to put it by myself and very convenient for short mothers! Although, it is good for my tall husband, too. Highly recommending it :)
