Carrier is great. Had some issues with delivery saying that my address was incomplete, when it wasn’t, but solved this by having it sent to a collection point instead. Was a little inconvenient but nothing dramatic. Am still very happy with the product.

I emailed Ergobaby for some product assistance and they replied straight away each time. Very quick and helpful. Thank you.

Excellent thay it's possible to get spare parts by mail.

Quick delivery, good quality stroller, that meets all our expectations.

Using the chair for a while. Still feels quite convenient both for parents and a baby. Easy to clean and store. Tried only the first set for small ones so far.
