Customer service was meh. I

Customer service was meh. I forgot to order accessories and so reached out to them. The agent responded right away that it was too late to add to the order since it was dispatched. So I asked if I created a separate order and did expedited shipping will I get. They did respond for another 24 hrs which just closed my window of getting it in time before the trip.

Everything is great expect the zipper… the material of zipper seems cheap and not smooth as I expected

Metro 3: I do like

Metro 3: I do like the reclining seat and how light the stroller is, however, the basket on the bottom is way too small. The frame bar on the back gets in the way of the basket. My diaper bag does not fit, I have to shove it under with force and pry it out. It is also hard to close. The buttons are hard to push and they get stuck most times when I try to close it. Not sure if I received a faulty stroller but the Metro 3 I received from Amazon was very easy to open and close. I returned the Amazon one and ordered directly from ergobaby because it was cheaper with a promo code. Now I wish I had kept the Amazon one or went with the Nuna. Will check the return options since I’ve only had the stroller less than a month.
