The cotton material could be enhanced as it is not as soft as I expected for the price. Additionally, there was some residue or lint on the carrier, which was unusual despite being in a new pack.

Was not that impressed with ergobaby. co. uk as a company. There wasn't enough communication eg. confirmation of order, shipping etc. I had to chase (which took longer than I would have liked for a reply) and my delivery was ultimately delayed. I only received word of this once I had chased but then having done so it arrived quite promptly.

It’s ok find it difficult to get on and off especially when your on your own and nobody is there to help. I haven’t used it as much as I thought I would have. Really it is just a load of hassle and it’s hassle you don’t need on top of parenting! Also it arrived all screwed up in the box and had been clearly used. So not that impressed really considering the cost. Not sure why you have only just asked for a review when I purchased this back in November it is now February.

Delivery was very slow even during early Dec. Multiple email chasers were sent to get a response.
